Petrcane

Petrčane is a 900 year-old village located 12 kilometres North of the city of Zadar. Known for it’s beautiful beaches and bays this former fishing village exudes charm and beauty. A perfect base to explore the region there are plenty of activities to entertain travellers, plus opportunities to island hop to nearby islands via road or sea.

The jewel of Petrčane is its small picturesque port and promenade, which invite visitors to walk, cycle or jog along the coast. Here you will also find most of the pubs, restaurants and accommodations.

The main beach of Petrčane is located directly on the promenade in the centre and is the main beach of this popular resort. Pine trees and bushes create pleasant shade with easy entry to the clear and watercolour blue sea.
